Her home country is the Philippines. She completed her college degree at St. Theresa’s College, Manila Philippines, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She worked as the Administrative Officer of an Asian Social Leadership Institute run by Jesuits at Xavier University in Southern Philippines.
She came to the United States in the mid 70’s to be with her husband (and their four children) who was then studying for his Doctorate at The Ohio State University. During this time, she also had the opportunity to work for many years with the Vice President for Registration Services of OSU.
Angelita and her husband live in Worthington and attend St. Paul the Apostle, Westerville Parish . Three of her seven children are now residing in the Columbus area. Her husband is doing research as a Visiting Professor at The Ohio State University in the Department of Agricultural Economics.
