Included in this form is information for registering for the 2023 Priests' Convocation held June 19 to June 22 at Salt Fork Park Lodge and Conference Center.  At your leisure, please visit https://www.saltforkparklodge.com/ for more information about this venue and its many offerings. 

Check in will begin at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, June 19 and the Convocation will end following lunch on Thursday, June 22.  

We have blocked lodge rooms and cabins for this Convocation.  Reservations can be made through the Office of Vicariate Support via this online form or by email.  If you have questions or concerns, please contact Wendy Piper at [email protected].  If you have special dietary or mobility needs, please provide that information on this form where it is requested.  Note that the cost for meals is included in your Convocation fee.  If you choose to eat in the lodge restaurant or off site, it will be at your expense.

Because we are working with the lodge to secure reservations, we ask that you please complete this online form by March 31, 2023 so that we have an accurate count for presentation seating, daily meals, and lodging.

The Convocation fee is waived for retired priests.

Please indicate which meals you will participate in so that proper reservations can be secured.  General meal selections are listed below.  If you have special dietary considerations, please make note. If you choose to dine in the lodge restaurant on your own, it will be at your expense.

Lodging Arrangements

There are a variety of rooming options at Salt Fork Lodge and Conference Center.  Details on available accommodations can be found online at https://www.saltforkparklodge.com/lodging

Lodge room with 2 Queen beds = $170 per night 
Lodge room with 1 King bed = $170 per night
Lodge bunk room with King bed or 2 Queen beds with 1 set of bunk beds = $170 per night (King bunk room sleeps up to 3, 2 Queen bunk room sleeps up to 4)
2-bedroom hillside cabin with 1 queen bed and 2 sets of bunk beds = $290 per night (sleeps up to 5)
Pet-friendly 2-bedroom hillside cabin with 1 queen bed and 2 sets of bunk beds = $365 per night (sleeps up to 5)

ADA rooms are available in the lodge.  There are a limited number of pet-friendly cabins; please specify if you are interested in this option. (Note: there are NO pet-friendly rooms available in the lodge.)

When figuring your total cost, note that the per-person cost for lodge rooms and cabins will depend on how many are occupying the space.  Please make sure you note with whom you are rooming if applicable.

Note: rooms and cabins are available on a first come, first served basis; so, some options may not be available when you complete your form.  The Office of Vicariate Support will contact you if there are any difficulties with your request.
